We roast our beans first to bring out their natural sweetness, then add flavor while they're still warm — so it soaks in instead of just sitting on top. That's why our coffee actually tastes like what's on the bag, smooth and indulgent, with none of the artificial sharpness you get from lesser beans.
The coffee tastes like it has whiskey added to it. I just wish I bought beans instead of ground coffee so I could try brewing it via different methods.
I had one of these about 40 years ago. Worked fine then but got lost in a move and I couldn’t find another one (not really looking). I’m pleased to have found it. It works as well as any other cold brew system I’ve tried.
