Shipping Policy

All orders are packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days of confirmed payment via PayPal or credit card.

Please note that the shipping address provided at the time of checkout is where your order will be delivered. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees will be required before we can re-ship your package.


Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (First Class, Priority, or Express Mail) or UPS, and include a tracking number. If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages. We are unable to guarantee USPS or UPS delivery timeframes once a package is in the carrier's possession, as we have no control over carrier operations.

Please note that shipping insurance is not included in posted shipping fees. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us prior to ordering.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via USPS and may take 3 or more weeks to arrive depending on your location and local customs processing times.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed international shipments. All buyers are responsible for any customs import taxes, VAT, duties, tariffs, or other charges assessed by their country. We strongly encourage you to research any applicable fees before completing your purchase.
