Through our partnership with TCR, we've implemented a small-batch roasting process that prioritizes freshness above all else. Here's how we guarantee you receive the best possible coffee:
Small-Batch Philosophy
We ensure our coffee is roasted in frequent small batches to guarantee peak quality when it ships. Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not warehouse inventory—so your coffee isn't sitting around waiting to be sold.
Same-Day Processing
Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they're roasted, helping us minimize storage time and deliver coffee that's full of flavor and character. This commitment to freshness sets us apart in the specialty coffee industry.
Our Detailed Roasting Process
TCR creates coffee profiles using Ikawa sample roasters to find the best roast level for each specific coffee lot. Once the optimal profile is established, they transfer it to their 10KG and 15KG drum roasters for consistent production. Every batch undergoes quality control through cupping and inspection to ensure it meets our specialty-grade standards.
