Refund, Return & Warranty Policy 

We’re committed to delivering fresh coffee, premium tea, and quality brewing gear to our customers. Please read our return and refund guidelines before placing your order.


Coffee & Tea

  • Because coffee and tea are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if unopened.

  • If your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, contact us within 7 days of delivery at everydaypeoplecoffee@vintageworldrocks.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

  • We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Apparel

  • Returns accepted for unused, unwashed apparel in original condition within 15 days of shipping date.

  • If your apparel arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Brewing Equipment, Grinders & Accessories

RETURN WINDOW (Everyday People Coffee & Tea):

  • Unopened Equipment Only: Returns accepted within 15 days of the shipping date if the product is unopened and in its original factory-sealed packaging. 
  • Opened or Used Equipment: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used brewing equipment, grinders or accessories..
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVERAGE:

For all brewing equipment purchased through Everyday People Coffee & Tea, the manufacturer is directly responsible for warranty and servicing within the warranty period. This includes equipment that arrives damaged in shipping or has issues out of the box. All manufacturers require warranty claims be processed through their service system:

IMPORTANT WARRANTY TERMS:

By purchasing brewing equipment from Everyday People Coffee & Tea, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All warranty service, repairs, and replacements are handled exclusively by the manufacturer
  • This includes equipment damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival
  • Product registration with the manufacturer is required (typically within 30 days)

Everyday People Coffee & Tea will provide purchase documentation to support your warranty claim but cannot process warranty service directly. You must contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims

If you receive damaged or defective equipment, document the issue with photos and contact the manufacturer immediately using the information above. We will provide your order confirmation and any needed documentation.


Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you selected Free Shipping at checkout, we will deduct our original shipping costs from your refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for a refund.
  • For items valued over $1,000 (such as espresso machines), we reserve the right to apply a 5% restocking fee.
  • Items shipped directly from our vendors may incur a separate restocking fee, which we'll communicate during the return process.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund times vary by card issuer/payment provider.

  • If your request does not meet the above requirements, we will notify you with the reason for denial.
