From the volcanic region of Mount Agung in the Kintamani highlands  approximately 1200 above sea level on the island of Bali, Indonesia.  The system of irrigation used to water these plants was designed by Hindu priests over 1,000 years ago.

Based on the Hindu ideology of Tri Hita Karna they believed in the peaceful harmonization and happiness of humans and nature, a belief that is still present today. The rich volcanic soils here are abundant with minerals and nutrients and provide an excellent medium for coffee to grow. These cherished beans do actually have a blue color before they are roasted.

Bali Blue - The Best

I have tried a lot of coffees from roasters all over the country. My favorite by far is Everyday People’s Bali Blue. I like a darker brew and Bali Blue is dark, yet it has a lot of flavor while also not being too dark or burnt. It’s a Single Origin coffee that really pleases, without being thin or bitter. It’s also not sour like the lighter coffees. I have tried other Bali coffees, but none of them come close to Bali Blue. Also, Everyday People has excellent Customer Service. Highly Recommended.

Simply delicious!

This is one of the first coffees that I tried from this company, and I could not be happier. I truly tasted the notes of molasses and brown sugar, but it was not overpowering. I made both cappuccinos and lattes and they were delicious! I am excited to try more blends from Everyday People.

Stunning!!

I am rather picky when it comes to coffee but the flavour of Bali Blue positivity floored me. I adore the hints of dark chocolate and brown sugar. Reminds me of cold winters huddled by the fire at my grandmother's house.
