The Sette 270 is renowned for its superior espresso quality and ease of use. Its 30 macro-adjustment steps and infinite micro-adjustment system empower a user to precisely dial-in espresso and uncover flavor notes from classic Italian dark roasts to lighter ones. This grinder also adeptly produces fine grinds for single-cup brew methods such as AeroPress and Hario V60
The Sette's newly designed gearbox and burrset feature a rotating outer ring burr surrounding a stationary cone burr, facilitating rapid grinding up to 5g/s with reduced coffee retention. Unlike traditional burr grinders' small pathways for ground coffee, the Sette discharges directly into the portafilter.
The Sette 270 features a digital timer with three programmable dose settings, enabling users to save their preferred doses for multiple uses. Additionally, the Convertible Device Holder offers a secure fit for a variety of portafilters and other brewing devices, as well as the supplied collection bin, beneath the burr set for convenient coffee transfer.
