Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister — Airtight Coffee & Bean Storage
Description
Stale coffee starts with air exposure. The Atmos Vacuum Canister solves that at the source — twisting (or, on the Electric version, pressing a button) removes air from the canister, creating a sealed environment that helps slow oxidation and protect flavor over time. Once sealed, it holds that vacuum, so your coffee, tea, nuts, and other dry goods stay fresh without any extra effort.
A clear visual seal indicator on the lid shows at a glance when the vacuum is locked — no guessing whether your coffee is properly stored.

Twist-to-Lock Vacuum Seal
Twisting the lid pulls air out of the canister, creating a vacuum that slows oxidation and protects flavor:

Daily Care
- Not dishwasher safe — hand wash only
- Wipe the lid with a damp, non-abrasive sponge; avoid running water on the lid
- Hand-wash the stainless steel or glass canister with mild soap and a damp, non-abrasive sponge
- Twist the lid every 4–5 days to maintain the vacuum seal
What Not to Store
- Whole bean coffee, loose leaf tea, and nuts are ideal
- Avoid ground or powdered products (ground coffee, sugar, flour) — these can clog the intake valve and may void the warranty
