Nice Breakfast Blend

This Etheopian coffee is shown as ethically sourced and sustainably grown, being 95% sourced from local growers. I very much appreciate these sentiments. As for the flavor, I would say it's not necessarily "bold", but rather full and rich. Low acidity makes it a great breakfast brew.

Very Delicious with cream

If you like dark strong coffees this is up your alley. Opening the bag yielded a delightful aroma with some hints of chocolate. I must admit I spent some time just enjoying the aroma. I put some in my espresso machine and emptying some medium settings got a decent shot out of it. It’s strong and was a bit too bitter for me. I tried again this time making a latte. That resulted in a more balanced and delicious drink. It needed the sweetness of the milk to offset the natural bitterness of the bean. My roommate ground up some to make a couple of reusable K-Cups to try a more trade cup of coffee. I used half and half in mine as I knew it needed the milk. Yes, I was right, it made for a delightful and more mellow blend this way, I enjoyed it a lot. I think you will enjoy this roast and do recommend it, especially if you like cream in your coffee.

Makes delicious French press coffee

This coffee is great when made with a French press. It is hold, but not bitter. It tasted fresh and was a perfect pick me up in the early afternoon. I will probably be buying more of this delicious coffee!
